For every roleThe right view for every job

The harness and the data platform reach people through five perspectives. Each person opens only what their job needs, and everyone works from the same metrics, rules and assistant.

  • AdminsEverything, with Control for organisation admins
  • Each workspace can change these, and switch 34 abilities per role.

These are the defaults. Each workspace can change who opens which perspective, and switch 34 separate abilities on or off for each role, such as downloading, scheduling or writing back to the database. View is always open, and admins always have everything.

Five views, nothing to stitch together

The perspectives are five doors into one enterprise OS, not five tools joined up. A rule you set once holds everywhere, and nothing has to be copied between them.

What we mean by an enterprise OS

  • One set of numbersA metric defined in Discover is the same in a dashboard, a chat answer and a workflow.
  • One set of rulesRow access, approvals and budgets apply to people, the assistant and every automation alike.
  • One sign-in and one recordSwitch perspective without signing in again; every action lands in the same audit trail.
