Everyone sees the numbers they need
A calm, read-only home for the dashboards and apps your team publishes. People find what they need, ask what it means, and take it to their meeting, without waiting for an analyst or breaking anything.

Answers in seconds, not a ticket to the data team
Every dashboard has an assistant beside it. Ask what stands out, why a number moved or what to keep an eye on, and get a plain answer drawn from the dashboard you are looking at.
- Suggested questions to start from, such as "Explain the biggest change"
- It reads only what you may see, and it never changes anything
- Shows its steps as it works: reading the dashboard, asking the data, drawing the chart
Right-click any chart
From a number to the reason behind it
Click a bar to filter the whole dashboard to it, drill a level deeper, or see the rows behind it. People follow their own questions instead of asking for another report.
- Filter, exclude or drill into any value
- See the rows behind a number, within your own row access
- Download the chart's data, a picture or a PDF
Export
Straight into the board pack
Turn a dashboard into PowerPoint with a slide per page, Excel with each chart's figures on its own sheet, or a print-ready PDF. No more screenshots pasted into slides the night before.
- PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, picture or CSV
- This tab, every tab, or the tabs you choose
- With the dashboard's name and filters as a header, so everyone knows what they are reading
Publish to View
The right people see it, and only their rows
A dashboard is built once in Discover and published to View in a collection, such as Sales or Operations. Each person who opens it sees only the rows they are allowed to, so one dashboard serves every region and every role.
- Choose the collection and which roles find it in View
- Publishing never widens who may open it
- A regional manager and a rep open the same page and see their own numbers
View is where people who only look at dashboards find them. It doesn't widen who may open it: each person sees only the rows they may.
Apps
Simple tools, right where people already look
Forms, trackers and calculators made in Create open full width in View, next to the dashboards. Staff record and request things in one place, and the data lands where your reports can use it.
- Published apps run live, with their own name and description
- Each app reaches data as the person using it
- An administrator reviews an app before everyone gets it
